In-Stock Blank Items normally ships within 24 hours, during peek or holiday season allow two to three business days Monday through Friday. Allow additional time for personalize items.
In-Stock Items may take up to two to three business days. Monday through Friday.
Once an order has shipped, most domestic orders take an average from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of the carrier. WAM provides tracking numbers via e-mail with all shipments and has no control over delays in shipping. If a package is delayed, please check tracking and contact the appropriate carrier. If it is deemed to be lost, WAM will then become involved in handling a claim.
Please note that many items are pre order items, WAM Blanks will provide an estimated delivery date, however many items are coming from overseas and we have no control for delays due to Customs or manufacturer delays.
Do not order pre order items with in-stock items or entire order will be held until all times are in-stock. Place a separate order for per orders.
Overnight Shipment Request
If requesting Overnight or FedEx Shipment for same day shipping. Order must be received no later than 8:00 AM that day. In addition to early order, you must call the office at the time of order to see if this service is available for same day. There may be cases that we can still ship the same day, but must verify in advance by calling 251-948-9453. In the event you place an order without verifying that next day service is available, WAM Blanks is not responsible for this shipment for over night service going out same day. NOTE: WAM Blanks does not offer Refunds for cancelled orders in the event that next day air services are not requested in advance.
If order is cancelled before shipping, a store credit in the amount of merchandise will be given and a refund request can be made for overnight shipping charges only.
NOTE: Normal Policy applies as stated below for restocking the items and cancelling orders before shipping and a store credit for balance will be given less restocking fees.
Filing a claim
All orders should be checked in immediately with enclosed packing list. In the unlikely event that the product is damaged and/or a shortage, please e-mail immediately to email@example.com. In the subject line put order number and problem.
All claims must be reported within 48 hours after receiving orders. *Please provide pictures of items, packing slip, and original packaging, via e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org
WAM Blanks will not be responsible for any damages or shortages if not reported in the time required.
WAM Blanks will assume no responsibility for any items after personalized. Inspect items before adding monograms.
Your satisfaction is very important to us and we take pride in every product we sell. If you are not satisfied with an product, a return request may be submitted through e-mail to email@example.com and Login to your account and view your orders to send request.
All sales are final on personalized and sale items.
No returns or exchanges or refunds on swimwear, personalized, or custom items.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect products must be returned within 5 days of receipt of merchandise and return request must be made within the 48 hours after receipt, and you will receive a replacement of the original item or store credit.
If not satisfied with your product for any reason other than damaged or defective, WAM Blanks agrees to allow return with return authorization number within 5 days of receipt of merchandise, the buyer agrees to pay return shipping and 15% restocking fee for a store credit ONLY. No refunds for any orders unless due to fault of WAM Blanks or otherwise stated in our policies.

There may be glitches in the website and WAM Blanks cannot guarantee in-stock inventory, you will be notified if item is out of stock and offered a replacement or refund for that item.
